Job Description: CNO Financial Group is seeking an experienced IT Analyst that will focus on Business Continuity Planning across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:
? Working directly with CNO?s business associates to improve upon the foundation of the current Business Continuity Plans that have been written for the entire organization. It is critical to maintain and to regularly review the plans so that they are always accurate, but more importantly executable.
? Completing Department of Insurance questionnaires on a regular basis and will understand who to partner with in the various areas of the company for assistance in gathering the regulatory information.
? Working with all business units when rolling out new technologies in the organization as it relates to Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning in the way of helping to implement, educate, document and help with problem solving alongside the customer should any issues arise.
? Acting as the subject matter expert for RecoveryPlanner (RPX), the tool used for Business Continuity Plans; maintain, administer and assist with the education of associates when updating their plans. RecoveryPlanner (RPX) is a very user-friendly tool and there are regular training webinars that help bring new users of this tool up to speed in a very rapid timeframe.

Skill requirements:
? 5-7 years experience in the IT industry
? Insurance industry experience preferred
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
? Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse customer base from the associate level to that of senior management
? Ability to react quickly and handle multiple tasks
? Strong team, organizational, coordinating and planning skills and stringent time-management skills to balance dynamic workloads in a complex environment
? Familiarity with MS office applications; Project, Excel, Visio, Outlook, Word
? Understanding of Disaster Recovery practices
? Understanding of Business Continuity Planning
? Understanding and compliancy with SOX regulations
? Understanding and compliancy with Change Control Processes
? Good documentation practices
